This blog will not only be useful to educators but includes the business sectors of our world and simply put anyone who interacts with any human being.
You may have noticed that there are three blog categories on the OneDEI website. Each blog has its own distinct personality. ToDEI will focus on how inclusive mindsets will propel us into authentically and intentionally understanding the uniqueness of our citizens that will lead to innovation, creative and diverse perspectives in all areas of our society. The goal is to celebrate Diversity, Equity and Inclusive beliefs and behaviors. It is the right and just thing to do!
